Jazzercise is a pulse-pounding, beat-pumping fitness program that gets you results…fast. It’s a calorie-torching, hip swivelling dance party with a hot playlist to distract you from the burn. Set to the latest music, our range of class formats fuse cardio, resistance training, Pilates, Yoga, Kickboxing and Dance into our classes to keep you motivated and coming back for more.
The classes incorporate both high and low impact classes, catering for all fitness levels. Our professionally trained and experienced instructors will motivate, encourage and help you to get the most out of your workout.
Dawn and Sarah normally run local ‘in-person’ Jazzercise classes in the Bury St Edmunds and Thetford area, but due to lockdown all classes are LIVE streamed via Facebook, Zoom and the official Jazzercise ‘On-Demand’ site .
